Sleepy and Quiet and Foggy and Cold.

I fell off my bike on Friday and since then, haven't had much use of my right hand. As I am a right handed lady, this has left me quite motionless in the creativity department. I've been spending too much time pawning over Whale Watching trips and the grand opening of the California Academy of Science building in Golden Gate. I'm a total nerd. I thought I would post some pretty photos I took prior to injuring this blasphemous hand of mine, enjoy.

Miles took some photos of my new tattoo so I could share them with those of you I don't see on a regular basis. It is still all gooey and shiny but, whatever! Its here and I adore it. Thanks SO MUCH to Jared Powell at Black Saints tattoo. It was fun!

Tattoos and Best Friends

Besides my boyfriend Miles, I have spent more time with this fellow than anyone else around. Chris Jehly is my other half. He will forever be my older brother, mentor, inspiration and best friend. He came with Miles and I too get tattooed today in Santa Rosa. I took his portrait after he finished the ciggarette he occasionally smokes. We agreed that when the time comes for him to use an "artist-profile" picture that this one is it. He is my favorite person to take portraits of and he wears so many funky ass shirts.

I will post photos of my new tattoo as soon as my digital camera is charged! Exciting!
