This became Challah. It was my first attempt and Drew, fresh from the Czech Republic (kind of) taught me some tips so my next two loaves were pretty and golden with a firm and glossy eggwash. It was good bread. It was not vegan!

I am just realizing that the 'caramel' color is super off. They were tasty though, like litte morsels of apple cake and sticky caramel with crunchy macadamias. I like to bake.

Today I shot with a Polaroid Colorpack 3 Land Camera. It took a little bit to get used to, and I'm not super happy with this photo, but its crisp and clean and I cant wait to shoot more tomorrow.
